Overview001

One flow, from Deal execution to payment collection.

Why002

Operations run on email. Today, Operators keep track from memory.

Email is the official record

Calls and messages help communication, but email records official requests, receipt and positions. Every stage leaves an email trail.

Too many vessels and Deals

Operators must remember which Deal an email or vessel belongs to. Human errors follow, and finding the history takes time.

A missed step becomes a cost

Without the LC, cargo cannot ship. A missed Invoice delays collection. Late vessel confirmation can lose the vessel and raise freight costs.

How it works003

AI reads, connects and suggests. Authorized team members approve.

01 · Understand

Understand incoming email

Read vessel names, Laycan, reply deadlines and attachment types from the original email.

02 · Connect

Match the Deal and stage

Identify which Deal and stage an email belongs to, then group emails by Deal.

03 · Suggest

Suggest the next Action and deadline

Use the standard flow to propose the next Action and deadline, and warn of missing steps.

04 · Approve

Operators for routine work, Managers for material changes

Outgoing approval email is linked as candidate evidence. An authorized person confirms the record; material changes require Manager approval.

Domain004

Built in the language of Petrochemical Operations.

Every combination of direction, Incoterms and payment terms has its own standard flow. Deal conditions determine who charters the vessel, who sends the DI and when the LC is due, establishing stages and deadlines.
